Living Your Best Life With Amy Foley

Bee Well Therapies was developed to inspire you to achieve optimal levels of health and wellbeing and to support your personal growth and ability to adapt to life’s challenges.

Our values and practices empower a holistic and whole-person approach that looks at the connections between your physical, nutritional, emotional, psychological, and spiritual/authentic parts of yourself.

We take a comprehensive and deep look at your presenting symptoms and get to the root cause of your struggles. Symptoms are viewed as the communication method (“clues”) of something deeper going on in your body and/or subconscious mind (below our level of conscious awareness).

Mindfulness-based interventions are used to help us better understand you on a deeper level. These include focusing your awareness on the present moment while observing/noticing and accepting (without judgement) your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations.

As trauma is stored in the body, Bee Well Therapies utilises somatic therapy techniques for the mind - body connection and clinical Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) assists the regulation of the nervous system when processing trauma.
